All instruments sent back to Sisgeo for repair, maintenance, or calibration must have a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) from Sisgeo.
To request an RMA, click on the “RMA” button and fill in the form. We’ll respond with the RMA or by contacting you.We check returned instruments for the problem reported in the RMA request form. For this reason, please give us as much detail as possible, especially if the problem is intermittant and not always reproducible.
For repairs, we will send an estimate for the cost of repairs. Sisgeo reserves the right to apply a flat charge of €100 euro for inspection costs if the repair is refused or if the instrument is found to be working, even without repair.
In case of maintenance of a servo inclinometer probe, it shall be shipped with the cable reel and datalogger.
The customer is reponsible for transport fees. We highly recommend that you used a forwarder or express courier, rather than the postal service. Please include the RMA number in the delivery documents for traceability.
For shipments originating outside of the European Union, please contact our office for more information. The equipment should be sent in the original packaging or in similar packaging to avoid damage during transport. Send to:
